Sue joined Eagle’s Flight in 1995. In her current role as Senior VP of Facilitations, Sue is accountable for the successful delivery of every Eagle’s Flight session. She and her team are responsible for recruiting, training and coaching facilitators and support staff in North America. Sue ensures quality and consistency of processes and delivery with a forever growing staff.
As a facilitator, Sue’s charisma and enthusiasm immediately create a rapport with her audience and engage them in the learning process. She motivates them to identify and explore their potential and apply it in their professional and personal lives. In addition to corporate facilitations, Sue’s diverse background includes finance, leadership in the non-profit sector and coaching in competitive athletics.
Sue has worked with many of North America’s leading companies including, Scotia Bank, Hyundai Auto Canada, Siemens, Nike, Hershey’s, Mackenzie, and Saskatchewan Government Insurance (SGI).
