He has been a professional trainer since 1983 and has a passion to impact peoples’ lives for long term, positive change. Paul earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Religious Education, which prepared him for his early career as a Social Worker and gave him insight into human behavior. His business background includes establishing two training consulting companies: Marjan Management and Paul A. Martin and Associates.
Paul has worked globally with many Fortune 500 companies, including Agrium, Petro- Canada, Suncor, Methanex, DaimlerChrysler, Hilton Hotels and Parmalat.
