John has been with Eagle’s Flight since its creation and has been instrumental in driving the company’s exponential sales growth over the years. As President, Leadership Development, he plays a pivotal role in the design and delivery of the program content, development and facilitator training for all leadership programs. He acts as a “Leadership Expert” within Eagle’s Flight to help train and support our internal staff. In addition to his leadership roles, he has delivered all Eagle's Flight programs since 1992 and continues to facilitate the leadership programs globally.
John’s unique blend of business experience and enthusiasm make him a highly effective facilitator, particularly at leadership levels. His genuine care for his clients enables him to understand their needs and effectively apply Eagle’s Flight programs to their specific situations. Passion for people and teaching allows John to create a productive and engaging learning environment for all participants.
John earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Western Ontario.
John has worked with many companies, including NIKE, Transcontinental Printing Inc., ConAgra Foods, Air Canada, The New York Times and Aecon.
