All too often we operate without adequate feedback— either assuming it’s not required or relevant, or because we are unable to get it, or don’t know where to get it. In this section, time is spent understanding why feedback is important, the very significant difference it can make to productivity, and how to elicit it. As participants better understand the impact feedback has on what message is delivered, and what message is heard, they are given tools to harness its power, and provided with considerable opportunity to practice using those tools.
Participants work together in groups on an engaging case to further develop and practice their communication skills. Feedback is provided using video replay, again in small groups, to optimize learning and personal feedback.
