At times, the primary skills and tools of great communication (the “science”) need to be augmented by more subtle, less tangible approaches (the “art”). Several of these are taught, including how to ensure the message is heard as intended in the face of numerous conflicting ideas, passions and circumstances. Again, learning is accelerated with the use of video feedback in small groups.
